可以直接：

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple pyspider

使用清华镜像

或者在user目录中创建一个pip目录，如：C:\Users\xx\pip，新建文件pip.ini。内容：

[global]
index-url = http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
[install]
trusted-host=mirrors.aliyun.com
